Transferring members

You can transfer members within clients and subclients for which you have authorization. When you transfer a subscriber, you can also transfer all currently active family members under that subscriber.

  1. Access the member as described in Viewing member information.
  2. In the Family Composite screen, select Transfer.
  3. The Client-SubClient Selection screen appears. Select the client for the members to be transferred to. See specifying a client and subclient for additional information.
  4. The Member Transfer screen appears. Fill in the necessary information. See Adding subscribers for more information about fields on this screen.
  1. If the member has dependents listed in the details section, select which ones you would like transferred with the member.
  2. Select Update. The Member Composite screen appears, displaying the original and new clients for the member.

Any dependents you do not transfer are termed as of the transfer date.

Note that the Retro Enrollment Limit and Paid Claims are overridden by default.
