Specifying a client and subclient

The Client-Subclient Selection screen is used during many of the transactions in Benefit Manager Toolkit. It lets you designate a client and a subclient for the transaction you are working on. The more specific you are, the faster the results. You can:

You leave the fields blank and you'll get a list of clients, then subclients to chose from.

  1. On the Client-Subclient Selection screen enter any combination of: Client ID, Client Name, Subclient ID, and Subclient Name as described above. Select a client and/or subclient as needed.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Select Set Subclient to continue to the transaction.
Access to the reports is dependent on the security permissions granted to your user ID. Reports for the client and subclients to which you have been authorized to view will appear.
