Viewing member information

In the Family Composite screen, selecting a member's Name opens the Member Inquiry screen, displaying information pertaining to that member. If the member is a dependent, the screen displays the Subscriber Name, the Dependent Name, and the Dependent Type.

The Selected Member Information section contains Member Name, Address, and Birth Date, plus the following:

• Received Date — when the member's enrollment was received
• Gender — indicates member's sex; male or female
• Single Name Indicator — identifies if the member goes by a single name such as Cher or Madonna

• Eligibility Status — whether the member is active or inactive
• Eligibility Effective Date — when the eligibility last changed
• Eligibility Status Reason — further explanation of the member's status
• Hire Date — (subscriber only) date the subscriber was hired

The following apply only to dependents:

• Age Restriction Exempt — yes or no, if the member is exempt from client's age restrictions
• Overage Dependent — yes or no, if the member is an IRS or student certified dependent whose age is within client guidelines
• Student Certification Required — yes or no, if the client requires a member to certify their student status for an overage dependent

You can:

• View contract language information — select Contract Language in the upper right corner of the screen.
• View client and subclient names —  move your cursor over the client and subclient numbers.
• View the history of any attributes with a View History button by selecting the button.

• Change the member's information — select Update at the bottom of the screen.
• Return to the Family composite screen — select Back to Family Composite at the bottom of the screen.
• Search for a different member — select New Member Search at the bottom of the screen.
