Viewing family claims history

You can access member information as described in Locating a member, or you can search directly for the desired claims as described in Locating a claim.

Subscriber information is displayed as a result of the patient search
Select the Get Family Claims History button. The Family Claims History Search screen appears. The following attributes are available on the screen as search criteria:

Include — select the type of claims you want to view.
Start Date and End Date — you can limit the search results to claims with a receipt date within the specified range
Patient — select the family member whose claims you want to view or "all"

Click the Get Claim History button.
The system returns claim information matching the search criteria entered including the date received, the patient name, and the claim number.

If you click on the claim number link, the system will present you with a copy of the Explanation of Benefits for that claim.
