Submitting a pre-treatment estimate in for pay

  1. Access the original pre-treatment estimate as described in Locating a claim.
  2. The pre-treatment estimate opens in the Pre-treatment estimate screen. Click the Submit Pre-treatment Estimate for Payment button.
  3. The Claim Entry - Treatment Details screen appears with the Treatment Details tab displaying the information from the pre-treatment estimate. Enter the correct date(s) on the pre-treatment estimate claim lines in the Service Date column.
  4. If necessary, modify other information; see Required information on a claim for help filling out information on the Treatment Details tab. For additional information on the other tabs:
  5. When all appropriate claim information has been entered, you must return to the Treatment Details tab by clicking on it. From here you can:
  6. For a submitted claim, the Explanation of Benefit screen, displaying a summary of the entered claim information. For a pended claim, the Claim Summary screen will be displayed.
