Viewing client benefits

Member benefits are determined by the client. Benefits may vary among subclients or due to the member’s relationship to the subscriber. To view client benefits:

  1. Select Client Benefits.
  2. The Client-Subclient Selection screen appears. Fill in the information as needed. See specifying a client and subclient for more information on using this screen.
  1. The Search Client Benefits screen appears listing your client and subclient selections.
  1. Select the Member Type whose benefits you wish to view.
  2. Select Submit to see client benefits.
  3. The Client Benefit Details screen appears. See View Benefits for a detailed description of the screen.
