In the Family Composite screen, clicking a member's Eligibility Status opens the Eligibility Composite Report screen. The composite view shows the member's eligibility status periods indicating whether the person is (or was) active.
To see transactions select the View History button. The Eligibility Transactional History Report screen appears, showing the dates when transactions occurred. An eligibility status change with a transaction date later than the effective date indicates that, during that period, the system was processing claims according to the previous eligibility status. Select Composite View to return to the composite view of eligibility.
Select Back to Family Composite to return to the Family Composite screen.
