The activity log provides information regarding your current claims transactions with the carrier including:
This screen is primarily designed for the use of providers who have signed up for EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), and receive this information electronically. Paid claims, pre-treatment estimates, and denied claims are available in the Activity Log immediately following submission and processing. EFTs and Information Requests are available at the end of each day. All transactions in the Activity Log remain available for you to view for as long as you choose.
You may also view your claims activity by family (see Viewing family claims history for further information) or by searching claims (see Locating a claim for further information).
To review your activity log, select Activity Log. The Activity Log screen appears with claim information sorted in date order with the most recent claims showing first.

Any pre-treatment estimates you have sent to the carrier are listed under this heading along with the following information:
Additional information may be required when processing a claim. In such cases, an information request may be sent for this information. This section shows any active information requests for your submitted claims.
This section lists your claims that were denied payment.
To remove items checked Inactivate in the Denied Claims section of the Activity Log, click the Inactivate Checked Items button.
Direct deposit amounts for interest for late claim payments. Late claims are defined by the state law. If a provider is registered for EFT, the EFT interest payments will be present within their Activity Log. All other interest payments will be issued to the payee via paper check/voucher.
