Non-consolidated billing reports contain detailed billing information that supports your monthly invoice. You can view and/or print the reports. The following
reports are available:
Access to the reports is dependent on the security permissions granted to your user ID. Reports for the client and subclients to which you have been authorized to view will appear.
Subscriber Listing (was the Subscriber Listing Report (Non COBRA)) — lists the subscribers
that do not have COBRA coverage. This report can be downloaded as a PDF, CSV, or XLS file.
Billing Adjustments
(was the Subscriber Retro Update Report) — lists subscribers with changes
in more than the current billing cycle. This report can be downloaded as a PDF, CSV, or XLS file.
Current Period
Changes (was the Subscriber Current Update Report) — lists subscribers
with changes only in the current billing cycle.This report can be downloaded as a PDF, CSV, or XLS file.
Invoice — an online
version of the invoice that was mailed to you. This is not eBilling.
This report is available in PDF format only.
Claim Detail Report — lists claim details such as Client, Subclient, Patient Pay, Plan Pay, Total, Deductible Applied and Tax Amount. This report can be downloaded as a XLS file.
Note: The Claim Detail Report will become available in the first quarter, 2014. The security to the Claim Detail Report is tied to Billing Report access, so a user cannot have access to Claim Detail Reports if they do not also have Billing Report access for the same authorization.
To view your non-consolidated billing reports:
Select Billing - Non-consolidated from the menu on the left.
The Client-Subclient
Selection screen appears. Fill in your search criteria as needed.
See Specifying a client and subclient for further
details. Select Search.
Enter the desired date range for the report in the From Date and To Date fields. Select Submit.
The Billing Reports
screen appears listing the Start and End dates, the Subclient number, the Run Number, and Run Date. Select the link for the report you want to view.
