Generate reports

When you need information about your subscribers and dependents, you will find easy access to that data in the Reports menu. To generate reports:

  1. Select Reports. The menu expands displaying Download and Generate options.
  2. Select Generate. The Client-Subclient  Selection screen appears. Fill in the necessary information. See Specifying a client and subclient for further information. Select Search.
  1. The Generate Subscriber Listing Report screen appears showing the client and subclient you selected. Select the criteria for your report. See below for information on specific fields.
  2. Once you have completed the report parameters, select Generate Report. You'll get a message confirming that your report has been submitted. When the report has completed, an email will be sent to the email address specified in the report parameters indicating where to retrieve the report.
