Direct Deposit, which allows dentists and
dental offices to receive payments deposited directly into their bank
accounts, is a free service only available to participating dentists.
Select Direct Deposit from navigation menu.
You can also select Enroll in direct deposit under the
Think Outside the box on the Welcome page.
The
Direct Deposit Accounts screen appears. This screens shows you all of your service office(s) that are registered for Direct Deposit. If you currently have no offices enrolled, it will indicate so. Select Add New Office
The Direct Deposit Registration screen appears. All service offices under a business that are not currently registered for direct deposit will display. Select the service office(s) you are registering for.
Fill in Bank or Financial Institution Information
Select Continue.
The Verification screen appears with the following choices:
Edit allows you to change your information,
Read and Accept the Terms for Direct Deposit Registration; or
Cancel will reset/clear the form.
The Confirmation screen appears indicating the Direct Deposit account registration has been successful for the service office(s) listed.
Print this page opens a pop-up window with the print friendly confirmation page.
NOTE: Once you navigate away from the confirmation screen, it will no longer be available.
Your Direct Deposit account(s) will be activated within ten (10) days. Once direct deposit begins, pre-treatment estimates, explanation of benefits and information requests will be viewable through the DOT Activity Log only and will no longer be mailed.
