Resetting your password

Have you forgotten your password or just want to change it? You can create a new password by:

1. On the Login screen, select the Forgot Your Password? link.
2. Enter your username in the Enter your User Name field. If you do not remember your username, you will not be able to change your password. Please contact Customer Service.
3. Select the Submit Username button.
4. The secret question you selected when registering is displayed. Enter the answer in the Secret Answer field. (If you do not remember the answer, you will not be able to change your password. Please contact Customer Service.)
5. Enter the remaining information including a new password. All fields must be filled in or you will receive an error message.

6. Select the Validate Secret Answer button.
7. The Password Changed screen appears, confirming the change. Select the Please click here to go back to login page link to log in.
