A monthly email will be sent if and when a dependent has or is about to reach the maximum dependent age for coverage under their group dental plan. This notification alerts the recipient that detailed information is posted to their Benefit Manager Toolkit® (BMT) account.
To view your Overage Dependent Notice:
Select Overage Dependent from the menu on the left.
Select Overage Dependent Notice. The Overage Dependent Notice screen appears.
Select a Plan, enter a valid Client and SubClient ID. Your client ID is four, five, or six characters. Your subclient ID can be from four to eight characters. Your client ID is not the Client No. listed on your invoice. You can find your Client Specified ID and Subclient Authorizations on the Dental Benefit Manager Welcome page. These IDs must be entered exactly as shown on the welcome page or you will receive an error message that states you are not authorized to view the specified notice.
Note: Access to Plan, Client and SubClient is dependent on the security permissions granted to your user ID.
Select Search. If there are any available notices for the client and subclient ID entered, a link will appear for each notice labeled for the month and year of the notice.
Select the link to view your Overage Dependent Notice for the appropriate month and year. You must have Adobe Reader installed to view this notice.
