Member Summary of Changes

The Member Summary of Changes screen shows changes made to the indicated person and the order in which the changes were made. The following information is displayed:

• Plan — is the organization providing the insurance coverage.
• Product — the type of insurance that covers the member
• Client-SubClient — is the company providing benefits to the indicated member.

The following information is displayed for the indicated member and shows eligibility information:

• Eligibility Status —  is the eligibility status of the individual. (Active, Inactive)
• Effective Date — is the date that the change was recognized by the system.
• Received Date — is the date that the transaction was received.
• Status Reason — is a further explanation of the status.
• Waiting Period Exempt — if the member does not have a waiting period before they are covered, the value is false. Otherwise, it is true.
• Transaction Type — indicates what type of transaction this is. (Insert, Update, or Delete)
• Transaction Date — is the date that the transaction when the transaction was created.
• UserId — identifies the user that made the change. It can be a userid or job name.
• Application Name — identifies the application that was used to make the change.

For each transaction in the next section, the following information is displayed:

• Prefix, Last Name, First name, Middle Name, Suffix — is the individual's full name.
• Gender — is the individuals's gender.
• SingleName Indicator — indicates that the individual uses only one name, like Cher or Madonna.
• Birth Date — is the individual's date of birth.
• Transaction Date — is the date that the change was applied.
• Received Date — is the date that the change was received.
• User Id — is the identifier of who changed the record. It could be a person or a job run in the system.
• Mass — indicates if the change was part of a mass update process. (Y or N)
• Type — is the type of transaction that took place. (Insert, Update, Delete)
• APPL — is the name of the application that was used to make the change. (some examples are: BMT Dental, CONVERSION-USMI-SUBSCR)
