Change password

Your password must be between eight and 25 characters in length. It must also:

• have at least one uppercase character
• have at least one lowercase character
• have at least one special character
• have at least one numeric character

Forgotten your password

Have you forgotten your password or just want to change it? You can create a new password by:

1. On the Login screen, select the Forgot Password link.
2. Enter your user name in the User Name field. If you do not remember your user name, you will not be able to change your password. Please contact Customer Service.
3. Select the Next button.
4. The secret question you selected when registering is displayed. Enter the answer in the Secret Answer field. If you do not remember the answer, you will not be able to change your password. Please contact Customer Service.
5. Select the Next button.
6. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
7. Reenter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
8. Select the Next button.

6. Select the Validate Secret Answer button.
7. The Your Password has changed screen appears, confirming the change. Select Click here to go to login page to log in.

Resetting your password

If you would like to reset your password after you have logged in, you can do so by selecting the Profile menu item on the left side navigation bar. The Change Password screen appears. You can reset your password by:

1. Enter your old password in the Enter old password field.
   
2. Enter your new password in the Enter new password field.
   
3. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm new password field.
4. Select Change Password.
